# William White

1428 · Overview

William White appears with Abraham of Cholchester and John Waddon in Martyrs’ Mirror’s account of witnesses at Norwich in 1428. The surrounding sections preserve the royal order for their arrest, their confession, and the account of their imprisonment and death.

A special account then concentrates on White’s doctrine and suffering. It contains the book’s illustration of his execution at Norwich. These connected sections allow the reader to move from a named person to the charges, confession, narrative, and image of the same history.
