# Bartholomew The Potter, A. D. 1555.

Bartholomew the potter, who was a vessel of
honor in the house of God (2 Tim. 2:20), was also
apprehended for his faith, at Antwerp, examined,
much afflicted, and, finally, sentence having been
pronounced, publicly put to death in the market
place, as a pious witness of Jesus Christ.
