# Jan De Kudse, A. D. 1556.

Shortly after, also Jan de Kudse, an ardent lover
of God, who had likewise been apprehended for the
truth, from which he would not depart, meekly
suffered death as an innocent lamb of Christ, in the
market place at Antwerp, in order to follow his
Lord; and thus violently entered through the strait
gate into the kingdom of God.
