# Abraham Put To Death A. D. 1556.

In the year 1556 there was at Antwerp a very
pious and godfearing brother named Abraham, who
was apprehended for his faith, and, after a bold confession,
and steadfast adherence to the same, condemned
to death, and thus publicly in the market
place, offered up an acceptable sacrifice for God,
sealing the truth with his blood.
