1428: the Norwich witnesses · place

Norwich

Norwich is the setting of the accounts of William White, Abraham of Cholchester, and John Waddon. Their 1428 witness is accompanied by sections on the order for arrest, their confession, and imprisonment.

The special account of William White contains the illustration of his execution. These sections give the place a documented connection to people, belief, and an event within the fifteenth-century chapter.
